The hotel staff was extremely nice and the room was clean with good lighting, making our stay very enjoyable. plus, we found it super easy to stroll to the Red Wing Marine Museum and enjoy beautiful views at the nearby Lock & Dam 3.

Check-in took way too long. Initially told to wait 30 minutes, but ended up waiting 45. The bathroom was lacking supplies, and the carpet felt damp. Large wedding group in the lobby made it super noisy until late. When I finally checked in, no apologies were offered for the delays. The experience was disappointing compared to my previous stay. The overall staff seemed nice, but some room details were concerning. The sheets had what looked like a bloodstain, which was off-putting. There was also a locked door in my room that made me feel uneasy. The pull-out couch didn't have bedding ready, so I had to go to the lobby for it. I also had to use bath towels at the pool because there were none available, and the pool area needed better upkeep.

Loved the spacious room with great water pressure! Plus, it was just a hop away from the casino and shops. A perfect mini-getaway for some family fun.

However, let’s just say the 'aroma' from the smoking outside was more fragrant than I’d like in a hotel. It was a tad too intimate, darling!
